Out & About: GK and Stone Head Brewer Mitch Steele visit a local fine dining restaurant with one of the best reputations in the country. Why such a reputation? Because they’ve got the Chef with one of the best reputations in the country (cover of the July 2007 Food & Wine magazine, represented the US at the most recent Bocuse d’Or competition in France, and upcoming competitor in “The Next Iron Chef”).
