Diageo, the world’s biggest spirits maker, is calling for an overhaul of tax on alcohol, holding spirits at their current level and raising duty on beer, wine and cider.

Richmond RCMP are looking for two men after a Richmond beer and wine store was robbed last week. The two men entered the Comfort Inn Airport Beer & Wine Store located in the 3000-block of No. 3 Road shortly before 10 a.m., according to a news release issued Thursday.
